If you are new to Yoga don’t let our diverse timetable confuse you. All classes can be suitable for beginners, you just do what you can and our friendly teachers will give you lots of different options to make the pose work for you. However, as a general guide, if you are looking for an active class to challenge you then try Ashtanga, Hot Yoga, Dynamic Flow and Aerial Yoga and if you are looking for something more gentle and relaxing try Gentle Hatha, Stress Relief and Warmed Restorative by Candlelight. Aerial Yoga is great fun and the other classes are suitable for everyone.
