Join Martin for a seamlessly flowing free movement class. Working with the breath to synchronise the movement, so movement will follow your breath. Which is the essence of asana.  Enjoying transitional movement without long holds in postures, allowing you to strengthen the entire body without feeling strained. You’ll float through the postures as they link effortlessly together, finishing with a deeply relaxing savasana. Martin’s classes are creative, so expect moving in a slightly different way than in a vinyasa class- but enjoying the slow paced flow and the freedom of movement.
