Our yoga practice (asana or and/or pranayama) help us tap into a calm state – so working gently with the body and breath before bed is a helpful way to prepare yourself for deep rest
This one hour workshop will focus on yoga for better sleep.
We will work through understanding the nervous system, integrating both the physical and subtle body, to better tune into the parasympathetic nervous system.
The goal of the workshop is to dive deeper into the effects of restorative postures and how they physically settle the nervous system before bed.
Grab a few pillows, your comfiest socks, a blanket and lets wind down, switch off and completely de stress as we learn how to settle ready for a better nights sleep!
