Join Em and Martin for this immersion for those new to yoga or those wanting to get back into yoga. We know life can be so hectic and committing to courses can be challenging as life gets in the way! So enjoy a deep dive immersion taught by two senior teachers.
Join us in our 300 year old beautiful barn as you enter an oasis of calmness and tranquility. Shut the world off for a while and take some time out just for you.
The immersion will be split into two halves, where you’ll learn 5 main styles of yoga. the first half will be led by Martin, Cumbrias highest trained yoga teacher will over 900 hours of training under his belt and 22 years experience. He will lead you through yin yoga, Hatha and some beginners vinyasa flow which will also touch on tai chi. Then enjoy a 15 minute break with a freshly prepared smoothie and sweet treat as you reenergise ready for the rest of the immersion.
The second half will be taken by Em and you’ll be led through restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork and a seated flow using the aerial hammocks. Finishing with a crystal sound bowl immersion as you lay cocooned in your hammock enjoy the utter bliss of a guided relaxation.
Upon finishing the day you’ll feel comfortable with your entry into yoga and will also know what styles you enjoy and what works best for you.
