Feeling stuck in a rut? Want to tap into your creativity and re ignite your spark? Creativity is a fantastic outlet to help you express your emotions and boost your mood.
We will begin with an hours yoga practice boosting our energy and tuning inwards. Then, moving to meditation and journalling about the spaces in our lives that we wish to bring in more creativity. Mood boards to manifest our hopes and dreams to follow, ending with a guided meditation to absorb everything we’ve explored.
Each student will go home with a writing pack, special gifts and notepad. Tea and treats will be given throughout the writing part of the workshop.
This workshop is suitable for those who’ve never done yoga before, never journaled or written. Everything you need will be supplied but if you’ve got a special notebook or journal feel free to bring it with you.
