This class will focus on opening around the hamstrings including lower back and hips to allow room for the hamstrings to loosen up. Finishing with front, standing, inverted and middle splits as we work mobility as well as flexibility.

Drawing upon this 21 plus years of bodywork experience as a massage therapist, Martin will talk you through what’s happening in your body as you look to lengthen the muscles, and how to work around the hamstrings without strain or pulling.
Fun, informative and suitable for all! Expect to work into postures like the splits, but fear not- lots of options will be given and you’ll find the perfect depth for each posture.
