Forrest Yoga is a modern transformational system of yoga developed by Ana Forrest for modern day bodies with modern day issues.
This workshop is inspired by this practice.
The four pillars of Forrest Yoga are: Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. It is focussed on accessing a deep, expansive and efficient breath to support you in moving past self-limiting beliefs and patterns your body may be stuck in.
Designed to help release physical and emotional tension, Forrest Yoga is a compassionate and often challenging practice with emphasis on long holds and core strength.
Within this workshop you can expect some pranayama and meditation practice followed by a strong grounding, dynamic practice addressing the stresses and strains of day to day life with lots of options to modify to your level.
