Working through a Hatha based slower class, Emma will guide you through what we are doing when opening the hips, what stops us and how to work around it.
Starting slowly to first understand our own body, and then digging deep!
Finishing with eka pada sirsasana leg behind the head- but don’t worry, lots of options will be available. Emma will be almost 9 months pregnant and won’t be putting her legs behind her head- so you don’t have to either! But, we will slowly work towards our deepest opening, making sure your hips are strong and stabilised.
Learning a new way to journey deep into the hips that keeps them strong, safe and stable!
