This 4 week beginners course with Emma and Martin is the perfect opportunity to find out more about yoga. The classes are pre recorded- meaning you can purchase this whenever you’d like and your 4 week course will automatically start.
The thing that makes our course special is that over the 4 weeks you will be practising different styles of yoga each time, in a beginner way. So, when you finish the course you’ll of tried everything and you’ll know exactly where to go to next, and will have found the perfect style of yoga for you. Making the minefield of hundreds of yoga classes available- much easier to navigate!
Everyone is different both physically and emotionally and as a consequence your yoga is also unique to you. What is special about our course is that Emma and Martin encourage you to go beyond what a pose looks like and to look within to notice what it feels like for you. The aesthetics of the pose are not important. If you are feeling the pose then you are doing the pose and will get the benefits from it.
During the course you will be introduced to the basic physical postures, as well as meditation and breathing practice.
You will be provided with individual guidance so that you know what you are trying to achieve in each pose, what stops you and how to progress safely. This is done by emailing us any questions post class and we can advice and help in the way best way possible.

You will be emailed a video link on the following dates- the Classes are pre recorded which means you can go back to them whenever you’d like to re do them. This also means you can practice these classes at a time that suits you.
Week 1 will be emailed to you at 5pm. Hatha Yoga with Emma
Week 2 will be emailed to you at 5pm. Yin Yoga with Martin
Week 3 will be emailed to you at 5pm. Vinyasa Yoga with Martin
Week 4 will be emailed to you at 5pm. Restorative Yoga & Meditation with Emma.
