Join Angela Green Wednesdays 2-3pm for this 5 week pregnancy yoga course.
Angela qualified as an Active Birth Teacher and Doula in 2002 and has been passionate about supporting women on their journeys into Motherhood ever since.
Pregnancy is a time of amazing changes both physically and emotionally.
Each session will begin with a relaxing meditation, allowing you the space to just ’be’ and to reconnect with your body and baby. Focussing on breathing awareness, you will then move through some yoga postures and gentle movements to help relive the symptoms of pregnancy and also deepening your understanding of how to prepare for a positive Birth Experience.
The sessions are relaxed and welcoming –pregnancy can be quite an emotional rollercoaster at times! We aim to help you embrace these challenges whilst providing the opportunity to connect with other pregnant women.
Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and therefore the classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and also for those with no experience of yoga.
