Nourished Pregnancy – Yoga and inner preparation for pregnancy, birth and beyond
Join Emily for these deep dive workshops to honor your pregnancy, your connection to baby and your amazing body.We will move and breathe in ways that deeply nourish your pregnant body.
We will find strength for pregnancy, birth and motherhood. We will move and stretch to release tension and re connect to ourselves.We will meditate and breathe in ways which remind us of our inner power. Our softness. Ways which remove us from the worries of the every day, and transport us to a grounded and expansive place of being.
We will sit in circle with other mothers to be, to share our feelings, our excitement, our fears and our questions about birth, the postpartum time, and motherhood. We will learn the truth about the ways that our bodies are perfectly designed to birth and heal.
Each Sunday afternoon workshop will be a little different, following the wisdom of the natural elements – earth, water, fire, air and ether, and exploring the different seasons of pregnancy.
Attending this workshop you will receive yoga at home illustrated workbooks, a self care guide and birth and postpartum preparation workbooks to work through by yourself, or with your birth partner. You will also receive 10% off a 1-2-1 birth preparation session tailored to you at home if you book within 3 months of attending (book this 1-2-1 direct with Emily)
Bring your own mat, blanket and cushion for relaxation – although we have some for you, if you can’t bring your own. Bring along a drink and snack as we can’t use the kitchen right now.
You can drop into one workshop or come along to all.
