TYSC’s first ever day retreat!
Join Emma & Martin on Saturday 20th of Feb 6-9pm for an afternoon of pure tranquility.
Arrive greeted with a warm drink to our candlelit cosy studio, where a bunch of props will be situated at your mat (blanket, eye pillow, bolster & blocks)
Enjoy your hot drink whilst relaxing music plays in the background before we begin our practice.
Starting with Yin yoga with Martin to release any stress, tension or strain in both the mind & the body. This will be like a mini vipasana as we enjoy the silence and the stillness.
Followed by a dreamy restorative yoga practice with Emma, as she entwines meditations, visualisations, breath work & yoga philosophy.
Then, the aerial hammocks will be lowered, laying down cosy with your blanket & eye pillow you’ll enjoy a deep restful yoga nidra in the hammock as Emma invites in the crystal sound bowls to relax you even further.
You’ll have plenty of time to awaken afterwards and no students need to rush to leave, we will offer a super food smoothie at the end to revitalise and nourish as well as fresh citrus water.
