In Yin Yoga students work the deep ‘yin’ tissues of our ligaments, bones, joints and connective tissues, complimenting our dynamic and active modern lifestyle. Whether you are a keen cyclist, runner, sports person or spend a lot of time running around at work or after the family, you will find a meditative yoga session with Janet. Yin yoga is yielding, allowing and nourishing, enabling you to increase your range of motion, maintain a healthy spine whilst calming the mind.
Janet will follow up the Yin session with an hour of restorative yoga using the hammock. This will enable you to release any tension and float away.
