Our society today works at a fast pace and this can leave us feeling tired, drained and unable to sleep or quieten the mind.
During this workshop with Janet, our founding teacher, she will share her experiences of struggling with stress and anxiety, explore the body’s response to stressful situations and help you discover coping strategies to manage stress on a daily basis.
This workshop will include pranayama (breathing practice), physical yoga postures designed to reduce the effects of stress and the session concludes with meditation and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep.)
