My journey onto the mat…

My journey to Yoga started here in the Yoga studio after attending my very first class.. Hot Yoga! A friend of mine had recommended I start a yoga practice to help with back issues I had at the time.
Needless to say, after that one yoga session I felt incredible, the aches and pain had subsided and I was officially hooked. Since then I attended sometimes 2-3 classes a day from Aerial Yoga to Ashtanga.
After 4 years of a regular practice I decided to do my YTT at the studio in 2018 so I could share the incredible benefits of Yoga with others.
Fast forward 3 years and I have delved deeper into wider offerings of health and fitness, currently training to become a Personal Trainer so I can motivate and inspire others to invest in their health and well-being.

My advice to students is…

“Don’t focus solely on the postures and get hung up about what you can’t/can do, but focus on the entirety of what yoga itself has to offer in day to day life. “
