Those who are new to yoga we recommend our 5 week beginners course first. However we host 40 classes per week with times to suit everyone. If you can’t attend the beginners course we recommend you start with Mysore Ashtanga as you’ll receive 1:1 guidance. Other classes that are great for beginners are Hatha and Yin. But all classes are adapted to suit who’s in the room so feel free to drop into any class.

Our studio mats are Manduka Pro & Pro lite. We have a varied selection on sale, but before buying your own you can try out the studio mats.
