If you’re already a member of The Yoga Studio Carlisle then you have FREE access to this platform. If you’re not a member, then you can sign up for £30 to get 30 days unlimited access to all our videos.
Our online yoga videos platform allows you to access a library of classes to pick and choose from. The videos will remain up so you can go back to them and whenever you’d like. They range from yoga posture videos to guided relaxations and more.
Videos are added to the library twice a week.
