Pam has been practising yoga for many years, her practice has taken her across different styles to compliment other sports and activities she does.
You’ll find her working hard in a hot yoga or vinyasa class but Pam also enjoys a relaxing yin practice now and again!
Trained in sports yoga she’s passionate about yoga complimenting other activities and supporting you to enjoy them. Her classes reflect this in the grounded pace of her class, her attention to detail for each student and the well thought out interlinking of postures.
We are very proud to have pam teaching here at the studio, her classes are popular and she’s a much loved member of our team. She sparks joy into all who practice with her and her classes are brilliant for those starting out, those who have injuries and those beginning yoga at a later age. You’ll leave her class feeling grounded, supported & happy having truly enjoyed your time on the mat with her.
