My Yoga journey started in 2013 I started practising as a way to stay in shape.
What I found was a lot deeper, I loved the way that yoga made me feel a connection with my body and calmed me in a way that no other form of exercise did. As I found, yoga is so much more than just physical exercise! In 2018 I decided to take my teacher training to do more of what I love and help others with their journeys. I came to The Yoga Studio Carlisle first as a student and fell in love with it instantly. After I started teaching here I went on to take my Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in 2019.
I love all aspects of teaching and look forward to sharing both the mat and the hammock with you!
