The practice of yoga has a positive impact upon your health and wellbeing, and is complimentary to other fitness activites – making your body strong and more flexible. Finding the right yoga class for you can be difficult as there are so many different styes to choose from. If you are new to the studio we want to give you the opportunity to try as much yoga as possible from our diverse timetable so that you can find the classes that suit your personal circumstances. Why not try our special 30/40 offer where you can enjoy 30 days of unlimited classes for just £40. This gives you the opportunity to choose from 40 classes per week. Your 30 days start from the day you attend your first class.
All classes on our timetable are included with the exception of the Beginners Course on Wednesday evenings. If you are new to yoga we suggest trying Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Stress relief and meditation classes first.
