Core Yoga is a great way to strengthen your core and Emily Hoyle, of Nourish Yoga, will take you through a variety of poses, which target those core muscles, improving your posture as well as your overall heath and well-being. Whilst the main focus of this class is your core muscles you can be assured that the rest of your body will get a workout too!
